If you look hard enough, you will find caffeine, which are well-known to keep us active when we feel sleepy sometimes.

When you take it out of its wrapper and put a bit in your mouth without biting, you will notice that it rapidly melts on your tongue, leaving a sensation of smoothness, which then makes the feelings of pleasure. But the thing that really turned the cocoa from a painful drink into the snack we admire today was our natural love of sugar and fat.
