The surfaces of wool single yarn are covered by soluble polyvinyl alcohol using friction spinning.
In this paper,the pattern of yarn hairness in friction spinning is determined,and the influenceof fibre length,fibre fineness as well as the number of drawing process on yarn hairness is ana-lysed,when the other parameters are kept constant,which will offer reference for process andproduct design.
An experimental research of the forming of tube-ending neck-in is discussed by using the technology of friction spinning.
