During the trials, each day 10 tons of waste from the stables was sent to the recycling plant.
The newspaper found out that the newspapers were trucked everyday from the post office branches to warehouses and then resold to recycling plants or stations.
"That was our life," she says of the paper recycling plant on the Banks of the Willamette River.
