MEXICO CITY( Reuters)- High school students in the Mexican state of Chihuahua are being made to care for screaming, hiccuping baby dolls that run on computer chips to try to bring down the state's soaring teenage pregnancy rate.
Rates of illegal drug use and drinking continue to rise, whilst teenage pregnancy rates in the UK are the highest in western Europe.
More open, informative and detailed lessons would help tackle high rates of teenage pregnancy, they say.

The government set itself a target in 1999 to half the teenage pregnancy rate by 2010.
"Our findings suggest that television may play a significant role in the high rates of teenage pregnancy in the United States," she said.
