"Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee inspect the register in legible form;"
The Governor in Council may make regulationsto provide fees; the manner of giving of notice under section 18;the empowering of a Tribunal or the Registrar to waive any prescribed fee;and the payment of fees and allowances to adjudicators.
"Without prejudice to section 8,the Registrar may in his discretion and on payment of the prescribed fee,supply a certified copy of or extract from any document forming part of orassociated with the register to any person applying for such copy or extract"
The applicant shall pay the prescribed fees for exemption from inspection.
permit such person or class of person as he thinks appropriate on payment of any prescribed fee to search the register of notices kept by him under section 19 (4); and the repository of articles kept by him under section 20.
Where the applicant intends to correct the mistakes in the translation, he or it shall file a written request, furnish a replace sheet of the translation and pay the prescribed fee for the correction of the translation.
