Enzyme-assisted method to optimize extracting of polysaccharides from Chinese yam
The Chinese yam-grape wine is prepared by fermenting Chinese yam, grape, mulberry, jujube and Lycium chinense and blending with pure rice wine.
At room temperature, effects of soil burying storage and garlic fresh-keeping agent treatment on Chinese yam were studied.
The main ingredients : Ginseng , Chinese yam , Astragalus membranaceus , Poria cocos , dwarf lilyturf , mountain Zhu , radix rehmanniae recen , day pollen , plaster stone , rhizoma anemarrhenae , field bone skin ,etc, altogether 13 ingredients.
Should not eat bamboo shoots, such as chicken, can eat more liver nourishing food, such as shepherd's purse, spinach, Chinese yam, has the advantage to the body.
