I am Li Jin, chairman of the Student Union of Cheng Guang Middle School. I feel very

pleased to know a group of 20 American student volunteers are coming to our school. I am writing

to tell you the arrangement of your visit in our school.

On your arrival, a welcome ceremony is going to be held where our principal will make a

welcoming speech. After a short break, student volunteers from both sides are going to have a

volunteer experience sharing meeting, at which they can talk about the benefits the volunteer

activities bring to society as well as personal development. After that, a volunteer activity will

take place in the nearby community, making it an opportunity for American students to know

more about China and improve the friendship with Chinese students.
