Article6. The margin of dumping is the amount by which the export price of an imported product is less than its normal value.
Article41. Anti-dumping duties shall be determined separately on the basis of the margin of dumping established for each individual exporter.
It is desirable that the price increases be less than the margin of dumping if such increases would be adequate to remove the injury to the domestic industry.
When the amount of the anti-dumping duty I assessed on a prospective basis, provision shall be made for a prompt refund, upon request, of any duty paid in excess of the margin of dumping.
The margin of dumping shall be considered to be de minimis if this margin is less than 2 per cent, expressed as a percentage of the export price.
The amount of the provisional anti-dumping duty, cash deposit, bond or other forms of security provided shall not exceed the margin of dumping established in the preliminary determination.
Article42. The amount of the anti-dumping duty shall not exceed the margin of dumping established in a final determination.
The amount of the anti-dumping duty shall not exceed the margin of dumping as established under Article 2.
