Recently I had the pleasure of speaking at a meeting about the key success factors in life. Usually an hour or so after my speech that I give, I feel quite tired and I know that this is directly because of what I put into what I do. However, on this occasion, the opportunity for me to receive the words of thanks from the people gave me a real lift and recharged my batteries. The icing (糖霜) on the cake that gave me an even bigger energy lift was the words of support and encouragement from the people with the very firm handshake.
