The effects of different process parameters such as laser power, scanning speed, preheat temperature, powder-bed depth on the sintered quality were studied systematically.
The experimental results show that glass coatings can be obtained by means of selecting suitable preheat temperature, feed rate of glass powder, shieding gas and adhesive agent, it is even, no cracks and has good adherence with the base metal.
Under the test range, the thermal cracking reducing even disappears by increasing preheat time and preheat temperature, and some coals' thermal stability value is great than 95% after treatment.
The different methods which calculate the preheat temperature are compared,the CET? method is most accurate.
