Methods to apply the plastic surgery of hanging frontalis muscle flap in the forehead to deal with blepharoptosis, and analyze it's clinical effects.
In 70 congenital ptocis eyes (53 cases) of 3~13 years old children, 30 eyes were treated by levator palpe brae superioris resection and the excellently corrected eyes are 16(55. 34%), 40 eyes wee treated by musculus frontalis sling and the excellently corrected eyes are 33 (82. 50%).
Our results showed that the body color of P. versicolor in "melanistic" habitat was significantly darker than P. frontalis in the "non-melanistic" withered yellow habitat.
