Article13: If a concerned party objects to the ruling rendered by a people's court suspending payment of the amount under a letter of credit, he/ she may apply to the people's court at the next higher level for review within10 days of the date of service of the ruling.
A concerned party who does not carry out his duty or who carries it out not in accordance with prescribed conditions shall bear civil responsibilities according to the General Procedures of the Civil Law.
The people's court may disqualify a guardian based on the application of a concerned party or unit.
