"or other unlawful means, or for an illegal consideration, or when he negotiates it in breach of faith or in such circumstances as amount to a fraud."
Article42 Where anyone sells or purchases products mentioned in Article37 to40 of this Law by offering or accepting bribes or other unlawful means and if the case constitutes a crime, the offender shall be in vestigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
It shall be strictly forbidden to extort confessions by torture and to collect evidence by threat, enticement, deceit or other unlawful means.
No organization or individual may appropriate, buy, sell or otherwise engage in the transfer of land by unlawful means.
