First, smoking causes many illnesses. A lot of people always cough because of smoking. Also, it may cause cancer. Second, smoking may cause dangerous fires . Third, smoking costs a lot of money. Why not use the money to buy some healthy food?

Of course, it’s not so easy to say no to smoking can take long walks or spend time in public places. Also, you can eat a small piece of fruit or some candy when you want to smoke. Or you can put a “NO SMOKING” sign in your home and office. You must try any way to give it up.
